Bessemer (AL) police say that four people -- two men and two women -- have been charged with capital murder stemming from the death of Terrory Murphy.
Murphy was the older brother of Alabama defensive lineman Kerry Murphy.
The elder Murphy was found dead in his home August 6. He died of a single gunshot wound.
Police say that robbery was the motive in the homicide.
