Georgia will be without starting center Ben Jones for an unknown period of time after the sophomore suffered a sprained ankle during practice yesterday.
X-rays taken yesterday after the practice were negative.
“He’s day-to-day, depending on how he responds to treatment,” sports information director Claude Felton said yesterday.
Jones played in all 13 games for the Bulldogs last season, starting ten.
