‘Zona QB’s hand ‘100 percent healed’

Arizona’s Nick Foles suffered a broken left (non-throwing) hand in a loss to Oregon Nov. 21, and spent the final two games of the regular season bogged down by a cumbersome cast.

Ahead of the Wildcats’ appearance in the Holiday Bowl against Nebraska, Foles, has declared himself 100 percent healthy.

The bone’s all healed,” the quarterback said. “We X-rayed it before we left.”

Unfortunately for Foles and the rest of the Wildcats, Cornhusker defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is also 100 percent healthy, which means, cast or no cast, chaos will reign on the interior of the line whenever ‘Zona has the football.
