In the immediate celebration/aftermath of Central Florida’s 10-6 victory over Georgia, ESPN’s cameras caught an altercation between UCF defensive end Troy Davis punching Georgia sophomore running back Washaun Ealey.
The altercation appeared to begin with Easley pushing Davis into the camera shot, to which Davis promptly responded by decking Ealey, a la LaGarrette Blount.
UCF coach George O’Leary could not be reached for comment on the matter, but associate athletic director Joe Hornstein said “It would be a matter between coach and player.”
Personally, I say let the two settle it in a cage match.
