Another QB injury for UCLA sidelines Brehaut

Are you kidding me?

UCLA has the worst luck with quarterback health. Incumbent starter Kevin Prince was already sidelined for the Bruins’ spring game as he recovered from knee surgery that cut short his 2010 campaign, leaving freshman Brett Hundley and junior Richard Brehaut to battle it out for the most first-team reps.

Late last month, though, Hundley suffered a torn meniscus while playing basketball and underwent surgery that would keep him out of the rotation for roughly a month.

Now, Brehaut is hurt with a sprained left ankle, multiple media outlets report. The injury doesn’t appear to be too serious and and he has been listed as day-to-day. X-rays on the foot have come back negative, however.
