Y’all know how we do here at CFT. We like to keep you guys updated from time to time on former Rutgers defensive tackle Eric LeGrand and his recovery from a hit in 2010 that left him paralyzed from the neck down.
A bit of back story: LeGrand’s continuing to rehab every day. As we’ve noted before, he’s been able to stand (with assistance) and stay sitting up on his own. Last week, Eric got a case of strep throat and was down for the count for a little while.
But, as he always does, he took to Twitter to let people know he’s back at it. You can watch a short video message HERE from Eric.
LeGrand has a tough road ahead of him, and the fact that he can bounce back from any illness to keep pushing forward is enough to remind us that there’s strength in all of us and there are no excuses.
