Some scary stuff out of Salt Lake City: Utah quarterback Travis Wilson suffered a concussion Saturday against Arizona State and is out for the season but his career could be in jeopardy, too.
The Salt Lake Tribune’s Lya Wodraska has the details -- a pre-existing condition was found during neurological testing following Wilson’s concussion, and while nothing has been determined yet coach Kyle Whittingham said it could be career-ending.
Wilson, a sophomore, completed 133 of 237 passes for 1,827 yards with 16 touchdowns and 16 interceptions for the Utes this year. Former walk-on Adam Shulz will start in his place for the 4-6 Utes.
