Arkansas running back Rawleigh Williams underwent neck surgery Sunday and is expected to make a full recovery, the program announced. after being carted from the field during the

Williams went down during the third quarter of the Razorbacks’ quadruple-overtime win over Auburn Saturday and remained there for more than 10 minutes before he was taken to a local hospital. Williams left the stadium in control of all his extremities.

Williams is a freshman from Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas.

Williams sits today as the Razorbacks’ second-leading rusher with 56 carries for 254 yards and one touchdown.
