Ex-Clemson WR Demarre Kitt to give another JUCO a try

Maybe the third time will be the charm for Demarre Kitt? Possibly?

Since leaving Clemson in December of 2014, Kitt has played at two different junior colleges -- Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and Ventura (Calif.) Junior College. According to a Twitter account that focuses on that level of football, Kitt is going to give a junior college in Kansas a try.

Interestingly, 247Sports.com‘s bio of Kitt has the wide receiver listed as a member of the Arizona Western College Matadors, another junior college.

In his lone season at Clemson, Kitt had five receptions for 47 yards. A four-star member of Clemson’s 2014recruiting class, Kitt was rated as the No. 16 receiver in the country and the No. 11 player at any position in the state of Georgia.

In his goodbye social media missive, Kitt wrote, in part, “I don’t feel like Clemson is the best fit for me.” Nearly two years later, Kitt’s still in search of said fit.
