Another Michigan recruit packing his bags

Just two days after it was announced that Michigan would be losing two offensive players to transfer, first-year coach Brady Hoke will be losing another member of the 2011 signing class.

Multiple media outlets report that tight end Chris Barnett has left the program for unspecified reasons. Barnett was a four-star recruit out of Hurst, Texas.

As one would expect, there’s been some turnover over the past few months as Hoke begins to implement his coaching footprint on the program. In addition to Barnett, freshman linebacker Kellen Jones left the program earlier this summer and enrolled at Oklahoma.

Still, Hoke is bringing in one of the best recruiting classes for the 2012 year. Rivals.com has Michigan ranked with the No. 2 class overall.
