C.J. Brown leaves game after nasty helmet-to-helmet hit

Maryland quarterback C.J. Brown got the start for the Terps today against Florida State, but he isn’t likely to finish the game.

Brown headed to the locker room midway through today’s game after taking a brutal helmet-to-helmet hit from Seminoles linebacker Nigel Bradham. You can see a video of the hit HERE (Warning: you might need to take Advil afterward).

Brown has apparently headed to the locker room and will reportedly be held out for precautionary reasons for the rest of the game. Danny O’Brien, who started the year for the Terps, is in at quarterback.

Florida State leads Maryland 27-10 early in the fourth quarter.
