Pryor says he’s 100 percent as OSU prepares for start of camp

As he’s a probable Heisman Trophy contender on a team that’s expected to open the season with a top-five ranking, even a minor surgical procedure performed five months has some slightly concerned over the health of Terrelle Pryor.

According to the Ohio State quarterback, they shouldn’t be.

Pryor told the Associated Press that he’s 100-percent healthy, has been working out with members of the offense, and is anxious to get summer camp started on Aug. 5.

The junior underwent arthroscopic surgery in February to repair a damaged ligament in his right knee. It’s believed Pryor suffered a partial tear of his PCL back in October of last year which led to what was described as a minor procedure.

The injury and subsequent surgery had little impact on Pryor’s offseason as we was able to participate in spring practice with nary a hitch.
